what we offer
Our property sits on 11 acres of land in western Delaware County, just 20 minutes away from the Philadelphia Int’l Airport. We have a wide range of indoor and outdoor areas that create a perfect home base for your service team. Each year, groups such as Villanova University, West Chester University, Williamson College of the Trades, The Christian Academy, Delaware County Christian School and many local churches take part in land preservation projects and other service opportunities at our camp and surrounding neighborhoods.
PICNIC GROVE & PLAY Area
Our shaded picnic grove provides seating for 125+ people and is located next to our state of the art play area. There are also tables to prepare/serve food from. The playground includes activities for all ages such as a Gaga Ball pit and 9-Square-in-The-Air; not to mention slides, swings, climbing structures and a large wooden ship for imaginative play.
meeting spaces
The outdoor pavilion is our premier meeting location with seating for 200 people and a small stage. For indoor gatherings, Beacon Hall holds 100+ people around banquet style tables and includes a small game room with foosball, ping-pong, and a large library of board games. Also, small groups often gather in our screened-in porch which includes our gigantic 3.5 ton play sandbox.
EQUIPMENT FOR SERVING
Partner with us to restore and repurpose the camp. We have plenty of high priority jobs for group service projects and community service requirements. We are stocked with all the equipment you might need like work gloves, safety glasses, shovels, rakes, pitchforks, hammers, crowbars, paint brushes and scrapers.
We have a wide variety of activities that your group can enjoy including a playground, Gaga Ball, 9-Square-in-The-Air, volleyball/badminton, oversized checkers, a 3.5 ton play sandbox and more. Your service day is sure to be fun and engaging for all ages.
